12.06.2018 [...] There is a phenomenon that science still has not been able to explain called crown shyness. Certain species of trees’ branches grow close but never graze each other. As if they could communicate, each tree establishes the margins of its own space, its own territory. Verónica Flom for Los días.
28.03.2018 [...] The construction of Gothic environments can be envisioned as an obsessive insistence that has gradually perfected Nicanor Aráoz’s art. That energy is a form of imagination that operates by exacerbating the tensions that organize the real: its expressive language is the symptomatic torment produced by the historical and hysterical antagonisms between good and evil, the healthy and the sick, the sanctioned and the perverse, crime and law, the repressive control of forms and the monstrous abundance of the deformed.

09.09.2017 Mondongo. There are three burrows to which the artists invite us to get lost among creepy puppets, dreamlike landscapes, broken dreams, species of cadavre exquis and timeless tunnels.
22.07.2017 The body without organs (BwO) is something that can be constructed, fabricated according to an excercise of experimentation that consists in taking our body and opening it to a countless number of potential connections. It is possible to approach Martín Legón’s “Nuevos pensamientos imbéciles” with this deleuzian notion in mind. Because what is exhibited in Barro is the skeleton of a body (of art) without organs. An unique body, dismembered, presented in rigid strucutres and shapeless forms as if it were an art fair.
25.05.2017 Like in most of her artworks, there's a narrative element in Amalia Ulman's latest installation. Here, the spectator -or user- becomes part of the piece by wandering through the dream-like environments that are the rooms which compose the labyrinthine structure of Intolerance.
06.12.2016 "... The Fountain of Life must have presented itself to Hieronymus Bosch as a vision. It is so complicated a structure and also so monstrous -at a time animal and vegetal. And I wanted to rebuild it verily, but bearing the signs of the time elapsed and encircled by a strange landscape. As if the garden had died and in its place a sort of desert had appeared..." Nicola Costantino.
13.08.2016 Conceived by Florencia Cherñajovsky, stages a dialogue between historical works by two pioneering artists: Lynn Hershman Leeson and Kiki Kogelnik and new productions by artists both local: Nicanor Aráoz, Elena Dahn, and Fernanda Laguna; and foreign: David Douard and Rochelle Goldberg.
20.05.2016 Diego Bianchi. In an environment of division and powerlessness, where the objects of techno-capitalism emerge in all their toxicity, mathematical symmetry is the paradoxical form of democratic verification.
19.03.2016 Obsessed with infrastructure, Agustina Woodgate analyzes the space we inhabit as a field full of tensions where Man is the common denominator that alters all the cells in the world.
